riight..well imo a leader has to be active on the arena and ond msn/xfire. Leader arranges practices and scrims. If leader doesnt have time to be in the arena as much as needed, he gets a CL/makes a council which has 1-2 active and good members who could get a scrim arrange a practice. but oh well...
